Paid Search Account Director 


We are searching for someone who has a proven track record working across paid search (PPC) advertising for large clients/businesses.


The Account Director role involves being the senior PPC contact for the clients that you work on, becoming a valued member of their marketing team. This person is ultimately responsible for setting the strategic direction of PPC on their account(s) and should be comfortable selling this strategic direction to clients and stakeholders elsewhere in the business, also ensuring that PPC fits seamlessly with other paid media activations.


You will also be overseeing more junior members of the Resolution PPC team and ultimately will be responsible for their delivery of high-quality work in three key areas: 



In addition to these areas you will be involved in all aspects of running a busy media account including, but not limited to, monitoring campaign performance & pacing, monthly finance reconciliations, liaising with clients and creative agencies to ensure campaigns go live on time, working with internal teams to manage ad hoc client requests etc... 


This person will find themselves working closely with all the major search (PPC) platforms to deliver best in class advertising campaigns for some of the UK’s biggest household brands. An ability to form good working relationships with media partners is key and the ability to both collaborate with and challenge vendors on all aspects of search advertising is crucial.


The Account Director role will also require you to directly manage more junior members of the team ensuring their quality of work, helping to manage their output, and taking an active interest in their progression and overall wellbeing whilst at work. The Account Director role also has a particular focus on quality assurance and ensuring good financial acumen within the team.
