About Us

The Consumer Research & Insight team at Manning Gottlieb OMD are looking for a curious, enthusiastic, and collaborative researcher to help generate insights that sit at the heart of award-winning work for clients such as Estée Lauder Companies, Specsavers, Ring, Renault, John Lewis, Waitrose, and British Airways. The Consumer Research & Insight team plays an integral role in the agency, ensuring that our media planning and strategy is continuously grounded in research and evidence-based insights. Working across a variety of clients within the agency, the Insight Manager will have ownership of client relationships across a range of brands and be responsible for leading insight projects such as brand tracking, audience deep-dives, cultural trends, and campaign evaluations.


Key responsibilities

  • Account lead for ~2 key clients: responsible for relationship management and building, business development, and project deliverables
  • This will involve:
  • Liaising closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders and clients
  • Delivering on ad-hoc requests
  • Full spectrum project management (from proposal to delivery)


Key Skills

•    A confident quantitative researcher, with a good knowledge of research methodologies and application (suitability of different research techniques for different needs).
•    Experience in all stages of bespoke research projects from client briefing, proposal writing, fieldwork, liaising with suppliers, data analysis and drawing actionable insights from the results.
•    Solid experience of working on strategic insight projects from inception through to delivery, wanting more project and client ownership
•    Experience in qualitative research is ideal but not essential
