Passionate about partnerships and brand experiences? We are. And we’re looking for someone to join our growing strategy team, shape our clients’ investments in sport, cause & entertainment and help our push into broader consultancy.


We’re looking for a rare strategic talent but not necessarily someone from a pure partnerships and experiences background. This is because your challenges will be broad. When it comes to partnership strategy, for example, you’ll be tasked with partner identification, creative platform development and rights identification/activation. When it comes to consultancy, you’ll understand how to help organisations/rights holders strengthen their commercial propositions or develop new marketing programs.


What’s more, you’ll have an innate understanding and appreciation for data led solutions and be curious enough to interrogate the wealth of insight resources we have at our disposal - you’ll play a role in shaping our data and analytics offering, a key part of our strategic armoury.


You’ll also be compelled to bring innovation and modernity into your work as well as be at the forefront of the latest industry research and thinking.


Experience Required


  • A multi-skilled strategist with strategic experience across major brands
  • Contemporary approach and understanding of partnership/experience strategy and activation
  • Contemporary approach and understanding of rights holder business and commercial consultancy
  • An eye for integration with media strategy and overall comms plan
  • Ability to clearly and effectively respond to new briefs and opportunities
  • Commercially astute, with responsibility for making strategy at Fuse a success
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - able to tell stories with data, and effectively articulate the commercial value of strategy to senior clients and agency teams
  • Contribute to and represent Fuse in new business pitches, producing documents and presenting as required. Confident pitching as a standalone service as well as part of a wider media solution
  • Be an inspiring role model for Fuse and inspire our agency to think and behave more strategically
  • Continually strive for excellence in everything we do and encourage our team to be the best they can, all the time
  • Develop strong relationships across senior agency contacts and clients, acting as the expert for your field.
