About the Role


Fuse are looking for an account director who will be responsible for the day to day management of all client deliverables and be the key contact with senior clients. The role focuses on delivering our client’s sports-focused CSR strategy, encompassing strategic development, rights negotiation, content development (working with creative agency partner), events/hospitality, talent management and team leadership.


The role will require a strong understanding of CSR, Fuse’s proposition and the commercial acumen to build and deliver a partnerships strategy. The role will be suited to someone who is a strong all-rounder, has run high profile partnership campaigns, events and has experience working in a complex corporate environment, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.


About You


You will thrive in this role if you are a confident presenter, organised and proactive and have a creative and dynamic nature.


This role is ideal for you if you want a role that is varied, requires working with lots of different people and you are someone who can build strong client relationships to be a trusted advisor and go-to for our clients across all Partnership activation (Strategic and contracting, Campaigns / Events / Internal comms).


A candidate who has had experience in both the Sport Sponsorship industry, activating large partnerships and have a strong understanding / expertise within the broader media / marketing industry will really thrive in this role.
